Winter Storm Preparedness
Winter Storm Landon is set to hit our area today. While it may be too early to predict the exact amount of rain, snow, and ice that could impact our area, we can never be too prepared.
If power outages occur, our crews are ready to respond to whatever may come our way. We are all in this together!
How to Report an Outage
If you experience an outage, please report it on SmartHub, text OUT to 85700, or call us at (866) 480-7362.

Stay informed - make sure you are signed up to receive outage alerts by texting CLARK to 85700. By signing up for text alerts, you will be informed of active outages as well as the STATUS of your outage. Note: The phone number you use to opt-in must match the phone number on your account.
