Early Voting Instructions

Mail

• Request a paper ballot by calling (812) 246-3316
• Mark your selections by filling in the circle next to the candidate of your choice.
• Detach ballot and place in the enclosed return envelope.
• Mail to:

  • P.O. Box 46430
  • Eden Prairie, MN 55344
• Envelopes must be received no later than April 9.
• Do not bring the ballot to the REMC office.

SmartHub

• Log in to Clark REMC SmartHub or through the SmartHub app.
• Enter your email address and SmartHub password.
• Click Vote Now
• Online voting ends at 11:59 p.m. EST, April 9.
• Don’t have a SmartHub account? Enroll on the SmartHub portal or call (812) 246-3316 to enroll

Online

• Access the web ballot on the DirectVote website
• Enter your Member Number and Election Passcode (listed on the postcard you will receive in the mail).
• Follow online voting instructions.
• Online voting ends at 11:59 p.m. EST, April 9.
