Did you know Clark County REMC is a non-profit business owned by members just like you? Since we are non-profit, any money we collect that exceeds our expenses, called our margins, will be refunded to every member based on how much electricity they consumed. Those refunds are called “capital credits,” and we return millions of dollars to our members every year.
Every summer in the Indiana Connections magazine, we publish the names of members who have not claimed their capital credit checks in the last few years. For a full listing of all unclaimed money, please visit the Capital Credits page.
