On April 11, REMC members will gather for our 2026 Jamboree as we celebrate Clark County REMC’s 87th anniversary. I’m excited to share that after a six-year hiatus, we’re headed back to Silver Creek High School!
We’re thrilled to feature local favorites Kel + Ro on the Jamboree stage from 2 to 4 p.m., bringing great music and energy to the afternoon. After the performance, families can enjoy a lively presentation from Silly Safaris, where kids will get up close with some fun and unusual animals, and parents will get to enjoy the smiles, laughter, and surprise that come with it.
And since we’re back home at Silver Creek, we’re bringing back another fan favorite: KFC! Bring the whole family and enjoy a chicken meal with sides and a drink for just $6.50 per person. Our wisest and most experienced members, those 75 and older, will enjoy their meal free of charge.
There’s much more to explore in this magazine, so keep reading for all the details. We’re looking forward to a great Jamboree and can’t wait to see you there!
