We offer a comprehensive conservation rebate program. Capital credits are your share of the cooperative’s earnings, distributed to members annually as part of our not-for-profit model.
Rates are determined using factors that are specific to how your account uses electricity. Factors include such as overall energy use (kWh), electric demand (kW), and Power Factor (PF/Cos(φ). Your representative can help explain these factors to you so that you will understand how your energy profile affects your energy costs. We provide energy audits, efficiency programs, and customized energy reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize energy usage.
