      Meter Pole Set-Up for Mobile Homes

      Furnished and installed by member or contractor

      Note: Neutral wire must be marked. Clark County REMC will set the pole and charge a nominal fee. We will determine the placement of the pole. Member or electrician will install electric on pole after it is set.

      Meter Pole Set-Up for Mobile Homes diagram. Weatherproof entrance cable minimum 18 inches at top. Conduit with entrance cable. Minimum 30 inch pole set 5 feet deep. Meter base, meter (installed by REMC), conduit and nipple with wire from fuse or breaker box, weatherproof fuse or breaker box, ground wire (NEC specs), and ground rod and clamp at bottom. From ground to meter, 5 feet, 6 inches.
